30 Day Money Back Guarantee
All new accounts: You may cancel your account within thirty days of your payment for any reason and your fees will be completely refunded (except any set-up fee or domain registration fee if applicable).
Existing accounts: This does not apply to renewal payments. Should you wish to cancel your account we ask that you give us 7 days notice prior to your scheduled renewal date. Why? We make commitments on your behalf to supply services to you which we may change if you do not renew. To cancel an account, simply send an email to the sales department from the email address on file with us, your registrar or the cPanel contact with your domain name, your username for security purposes and a reason which helps us offer better service to our customers. The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to suspended or terminated accounts. It only applies to new accounts on the first payment.
Lifetime Price Freeze
Since 2001, 24-7 Webs Inc. has never raised the price of any active account. In fact, accounts have been enhanced at no extra charge to our existing customers. The price you pay when you set up your account is guaranteed for as long as the account is in good standing with us, even if the ownership or the primary domain name change.
This applies only to active accounts and plans. Your account must be in good standing. It is not applicable to accounts that have been terminated. This does not apply to government taxes as we do not control their application. Some introductory specials are for the first payment only after which the account reverts to the regular price that was active at sign-up.
Contract Storage Guarantee
24-7 Webs Inc. typically runs it servers at well under 50% capacity for storage. We guarantee that whatever storage amount you have contracted for will be available to you, period. We do not keep our server status secret. You can check it anytime in your cPanel control panel.
Contract Data Transfer Bandwidth Guarantee
24-7 Webs Inc. uses world-class data centres. As such our servers have large load balanced connections to major internet data backbone providers. We guarantee that your account will not be hampered by connectivity issues or disconnected unexpectedly because of congested traffic on the data centre networks.
This does not apply to the following situations: hardware failure internally or externally; general internet congestion beyond our control.
What this does mean is that we will not tolerate or permit bandwidth hogging usage to impact on the delivery of services to you.
24-7 Webs Inc. will refund the customer 200% of the value of the time of service interruption (up to 100% of your monthly fee) for server or network downtime which exceeds 00.1% in any given 30 day period. Network downtime is measured from the time the network is 100% unreachable until service is once again restored. To request a performance credit, you must email the sales department within 5 days of service interruption. Applications will be reviewed by our staff Monday – Friday during normal business hours. Refunds are non-cumulative and payable only to account holders whose account is in good standing.
Exclusions: The following are excluded from the monthly calculation of Service Availability:
- Scheduled downtime
- Problems outside of the NOC networks (upstream providers, or client’s inbound connection)
- Interruptions or failure of service caused by the client, their employees, client’s customers, etc. to their service. These include inaccurate configuration, 3rd party software, client abuse or overuse of resources, hacked websites, attacks, or exploits and improper domain registrations, renewals or settings.
- Clients use of IP’s to connect to the internet blocked by our firewalls
- Server or NOC network hardware failures.
As we monitor and graph server performance 24 hours per day, the final determination of downtime is at our exclusive and sole discretion.
